User profile and access information extracts

We are after the ability to identify active v inactive Jobpac users, which job id’s they have access to, what CMS access they have, what jobs they have access to the dollar values they have for those jobs.

This is a request that was made by the auditors and also internally a couple of months back when trying to do determine who has access to creditors and the ability to update a creditor record.

We currently have no way of answering questions in the list below and they were recent requests from (1) auditors, (2) a separate internal request to be able to email active Jobpac users and (3) needed as part of the migration from Virtual Offis to Viewpoint cloud. Each time we’ve had to retrieve the detail manually.

(1) a list of enabled users including their user id and user name

(2) a list of disabled users including their user id and user name

(3) a list of enabled users and what CMS level access they have

(4) a list of enabled users by work id including user id and user name

(5) a list of enabled users by job including user id , user name, job number, job name, invoice dollar value limit, PO dollar limit value

    Hi Michael,
    Thanks for the suggestion I understand the requirement and will review as we consider 2019 Roadmaps and beyond.
    We do have some forward plans for uplifting the User Setup process through a variety of means and perhaps we can include elements of your request below.
    Though it may be difficult to include in a single report I will consider this request.
