Add Comma (,) on numbers appears on Cost Comparison and Forecast Report

When the numbers are big (six digit or more), its harder for users to quantify the figure.
Changing the format of the numbers by comma separated (0,000,000) much more user friendly than reading without commas (0000000)

  Thanks Manjur,
  We will consider this in 2019 as part of a pdf reporting uplift that is on the agenda.
  At some stage I may consolidate this idea with some other users who have made the same suggestion.
