Abiltiy to update PMW Entries directly from commitment Screen

It would be useful to be able to update the PMW Entries directly from the SC/PO commitment screens, to remove duplicates in the forecasts at the time of commitment.

In addition it will increase efficiencies by updating figures in the one menu screen vs multiple.
