Be able to copy cost codes from a job marked as financially complete

Cost codes from template jobs setup in JPC can only be copied if that template job is marked as active. This means that the templates show up for the project team and costs could accidentally be posted to those templates.

    Hi Andrew

    We have the same issue whether it is marked C or FC. 

    The project needs to see this job as an option to copy cost codes from (as they can enter cost codes from their side onto their projects). this 'job'  is our master template for cost codes.

    Hi Christine,

    Which option are you using to Copy Cost Codes?

    Would it be possible to flag the job as "Cost Complete" instead of "Financially Complete"? this will prevent users accidentally putting costs to the Jobs. Other options would be to implement Job security so that these template projects are not available for users to see.
