Audit Report on Approval Rules

It would be helpful if we can run an audit report to see who has made changes under System Admin (for example, changes under Approval Rules and/or Limits for Jobs and Accounts). We've encountered issues where an approval setting has changed, or a GL account has been marked for deletion, but we don't have a way of checking what caused the changes.

    Thanks for the suggestion and I understand the need.
    As we consider this suggestion, it may help to lock down the Approval rules menu option with menu security so that only a couple of users can change the rules.
    This may limit exposure and mitigate risk as an interim measure.
    If you need assistance with menu security set up we can help via a request for service.
