Show total budgeted cost code amount and committed to date on Purchase Order Maintenance Screen
The system shows the committed to budget % but it would be more informative if the total budgeted amount for that cost code as well as the committed to date figure was also shown on the PO Maintenance screen.

No movement on this one at this stage. Unfortunately there are no
guarantees we will get to all suggestions but we try to include a
percentage of votes in each roadmap.
If it is business-critical we could look at advancing and provide a quote

Either way would be good. I would prefer just on the PO screen so when reviewing or just data entry you can easily see the whole story, budget figure, where the budget is at to date and obviously the new PO info. This way we can bring the finance team into monitoring budgets alongside the PM.

I like this one and I’ll look into it. I’m assuming you mean on the pop up window, as you “ok” through the dissection entry screen, after entering costing and value information on that dissection.
