Show $0 Subcontract Authorisations in AP Enquiry
Currently when a subcontract invoice is authorised in the subcontract module if the user rejects the whole claim and authorises $0, either correctly or incorrectly, once this is approved and posted the transaction does not show in AP Enquiry. The only way to find this is via the subcontract enquiry. When accounts are contacted by subcontractors about payment they cannot see the $0 transaction in AP Enquiry and this leads to delays for both parties. Normally the end result is a request for the subcontractor to resend the invoice, causing more work for everyone.
Changes to legislation in Queensland for security of payments and the increase in the importance of payment schedules means that this is becoming more and more important to our teams.
