Can the Direct Debit Entry appear as presented / unpresented in the Bank Reconciliation? It would be helpful to enter if one is expecting to pay cash or receive cash but the exact date of the transaction may not be known.

I understand. At the moment direct debits impact the Cash account balance and it would be useful to see them in any capacity in the Bank Rec.
I expect over the next few years we will be reviewing the bank rec. Especially as we consider bank feeds. Watch this space and thanks for the suggestion it helps shape the product.
