AR Invoices against 'Small Jobs' should be using the 'Revenue' account set at the job level instead of the one assigned to the Cost Code for expenses.
At the moment you have to setup an extra cost code with a special cost type for each 'Small Job' to record revenue. This complicates the setup of small jobs and it looks very messy in Job Enquiry. The AR invoicing program should identify that the job entered is a Small Job and affect the 'Revenue' account set in the job instead of the GL expense account linked to the cost code entered. The GL Journal Entry program should allow you change the account to be used for the cost code in order to amend either costs or revenue.
By the way, this suggestion won't affect any client that wants to use the 'old' way because you are able to control the functionality via the current Cost Types setup screen.
