Send PO PDF as an attachment with Approval Notification Email

It would be much more efficient if the approved PO (PDF) were delivered to requisitioner by email once approved rather than the requisitioner having to log back in and generate it.

If this existed, the requisitioner could be out and about, receive the PO and send on to the supplier from phone rather than waiting to get back to the desk, log in, generate the doc, copy and send.

The function to automatically generate docs and send by email already exists elsewhere.
