Consistent 'Upload File' Option when Registering Invoices

Sometimes when I'm entering invoices, the 'upload file' box disappears from the second page. 
Only resolution is to register the invoice then attach documents later by searching for the entry by creditor.
Doesn't happen consistently / can't see an obvious pattern; seems like a bug, please fix!

    Thanks for letting us know.

    All "bugs" need to be logged as cases through the Clearview Support portal so that our support team have visibility and can action. I am wondering if you are using the WUI or GUI version. Please specify when logging the case with screenshots, that would assist the team in tracking down the cause. Also worrh thinking about is our Automatic Invoice registration using OCR software and the OCR interface to Jobpac. If this sounds interesting please ask your Account manager for more information.
