With the implementation of BIFA we are now required to release retentions without the subcontractors requesting for them
it would be great if we could do a bulk retention release for any outstanding retention amounts by job

I like that idea, sounds like it would be an efficiency winner.
Do you envisage the bulk release to be a full release of all outstanding retention? Or more of a screen where you could select the amount to release against a list of subcontracts and it would en masse prepare the Retention releases for approval and posting?
