Generate Payment Schedule Form from AP enquiry screen as available for RCTI's

It would be useful re-generate the payment schedule from the AP enquiry screen given the importance of the document. Right click with an option to select payment schedule would save significant time.

In addition transparency to payment schedules not issued within the timeframes would be very beneficial.

E.g. on approval of the claim, the payment schedule is automatically e-mailed to the creator, or a report that shows claims approved without the Payment schedule distributed through JOM.
