AP .csv upload transmission report

We have begun working with .csv uploads direct to Jobpac (sql direct would be awesome to minimise steps) 

For May we pushed a little of 2.5k invoices which is great, however we have no transmission report of the file and the line items therein. Which costs me time and my team time to confirm 

We would like a report back from Jobpac with a transmission report with each line info echo'd back with a final column - Success or Fail. 

This will save about 1-2 days per month.
