We at Viewpoint sincerely thank you for your contribution to Suggestion Box on how we can improve Viewpoint products. While we can’t do everything at once, we rely upon your feedback to help guide the prioritization of our product improvements, and Suggestion Box is a critical tool for us to understand and prioritize our customers’ needs.
Viewpoint reviews Suggestion Box regularly for all of our products and updates statuses, adds comments, and performs various house-keeping (including deleting) as needed to ensure that Suggestion Box is maintained as a productive environment for product enhancements requests.

A chat support is great as Jobpac is really behind the times with getting simple questions answered within minutes and not having to add extra charges for 'general how to do something'. I feel the knowledge database could do with a lot more improvement too. Having used many different systems this is one area that I feel jobpac falls down unless as I said you are prepared to keep adding costs when you need a simple answer. Otherwise its a very powerful program.

We already have a growing knowledge base that you can search for FAQ's on Clearview. In Clearview also there is also a Jobpac User Group community page that you can log into and comment or chat. It is up to the users to keep the content going though. Also we may see in 2018 a support Chat option become available.

This would reduce technical support alternatively or as well create a forum where users can collaborate, post and answer each others questions.
