Display the number of hours in 'Labour Detail Report' even if LABAMT is set to 'Y'
The system parameter LABAMT disables the inclusion of Amounts paid to Employees and Oncosts in the Labout Detail Report. The issue is that it also disables the display of 'hours worked' and only displays the amount charged to the jobs. This makes the report useless because you cannot analyse or reconcile the information if you don't have the hours.
