Would be helpful if the system would accept drag and dropping email attachment documents into the file queue directly from Outlook, rather than having to save the documents to the PC first.
We receive a lot of payables invoices via email and it's an extra step having to save the attachments before uploading.

Hi Howard,This is an outlook and browser thing out of Jobpac's control. It is a common problem though solved with an outlook plug in that mimics the first step of dragging to the desktop and the second step of dragging to the browser. I think there are a few of them out there, not sure about free ones but I recall some customers paying about 1k for a company-wide licence for the plugin.Do a quick search on "dragging form outlook to browsers plug in" or "Outlook to web"Hope this helps!thanksAndrew
