Keep posted timesheets in timesheet entry screen

Current state
Jobpac will remove the timesheets from the timesheet entry screen once the payroll is processed. 
 
Proposed Future State
Instead of removing the posted timesheets from the timesheet entry screen, we can
a. Add a column called "posted", and a filter at the bottom of the column with the default value "N"
b. Add a new column called 'RCTI invoiced", and a filter at the bottom of this column with the default value "N"
 
This simple change will make us comply with the audit requirements, give customers an easy way to track history, avoid duplicate entries, as well as a new source to produce reports.
