I've just had a quick review of the last 12 month or so worth of suggestions. There are a lot similar, can you work in the background to combine or link tickets? The votes would count more accurately then, and feedback between users would be better shared.

thanks Alex, And I really appreciate your interest and activeness in the
Suggestion box. As I come across similar or duplicate tickets I do link
them and I have a slightly different view, but as you say Im sure there are
more, and I agree if there was a way to consolidate the view to group
linked suggestions it would add value. I will look into it further.

Alternatively if you could close tickets or stop comments if they are a certain status (ie implemented, already exists etc).
