ADD AN EXCEL UPLOAD TO THE JOB JOURNAL ENTRY

While we have the General Journal upload that can go against jobs, not all staff have access to be able to use this (as its only part of Finance for good reason).

We want our project staff to be self sufficient where possible and utilise the Job Journal Entry that they have access to in order to reallocate costs within their job/s, but this can be a very manual process if there are a lot of lines to enter.

It would be very helpful and much more efficient for this to be managed through an Excel upload.
