When adding an employee for instance to the staff on a job (Project Manager), it picks up the full name of the employee iso just the first name and surname. Employees complain that this can be embarrassing as they dont want anyone to know what their second name is.

We will consider this, it is an interesting case. In the interim you could potentially remove the middle name from the employee record. Im not sure that it is mandatory.
