Payroll timesheet - Cost Centre scan limited to valid cost types
Timesheet entry cost centre scan currently shows all cost centres including cost centres with Cost Types that are not valid for timesheet entries - so the user can select these invalid cost centres and then be presented with the error msg after attempting to enter the transaction.
