Authenticate for 45 days (or similar) option when signing in with multi factor authentication

I'm logged in Jobpac generally all-day, as I use if off and on all day, and it is frustrating if I don't use it for a time I now have to log out and back in and do the authenticate again, which is time-consuming and frustrating.

    Hi All,

    The 24 hour Keep alive function was shipped in the latest release. Please fill in the declaration on our customer portal and log a request to upgrade your environment. This security setting change can only be implemented with CTO, CIO or equivalent management approval as it applies to all users in your environment.

    Thank you for being willing to consider and look into options around this! 

    It is a huge frustration of mine daily - so glad it's only those with Payroll access, as I don't think I'd hear the end of it from our project team if they had to use it! 

    I'll try to be patient as you work on it !  :)

    Hi All,

    Appreciate the concern. I am working with the ATO to see what we can do to make it easier for our customers while maintaining our STP Whitelisting. It is interesting the ATO advise us that MYOB are not complying to the Requirements at this time, so I am trying to get to the bottom of that and if we are allowed to do something similar it would be nice to implement. We are also looking at one touch 2FA response instead of having to type in a code. I expect to see some evolution in this area over the next 6 months. I will keep you all informed.

    Couldn't agree more Natalie.  I use several windows throughout the day and every time I open a new window I need a new code. 

     

    I also use MYOB and they allow codes valid for 30 days.  

     

    Even just one code a day would be useful and a better option to what we have now.
