Excel upload function for GL budgets per month for Web interface
It would be time effective to be able to upload a GL budget into JPC (Web interface) per month per Work Id for a full COA in from excel, also not using the percentage spread method in JPC.
An upload function from excel for this instead of painfully going through each GL account one at a time would be great!
At the moment there is an upload function from Excel, however only if using the installed (GUI version), the web version can't do this. You will need to do one year at time but can do multiple ledgers.

This doesn't exist for future periods. In the GUI menus 2.4.6.1 and 2.4.6.6 can be used to manage budgets for the next financial year, those options don't function in the WUI.

This feature should already exist in the GL account Maintenance option. If you download the template using the Web interface you will see the Monthly budget fields. Note that you will need to ensure that the monthly spread adds up to the yearly budget with no decimal rounding.
If you are still having trouble with this please raise a support case. It should work. You can mention in the support ticket that you have sought advice from me.
