Update 'Help' for system parameters

Not all parameters have 'Help' when right-clicking. It would be helpful to know what the parameters do.

    Hi Nick,

    I have marked as will not implement as we have other priorities in the Roadmap that will trump this request. However that is not to say we wont progressively try to improve the help text in there.
