Fix tab order of variation screen fields

When entering in variation values, it would be much faster if you could type in the Price then hit tab to get to the Expected Revenue and Budget fields rather than having to take your hand off the keyboard to click into them. Currently tabbing from the Price field goes to a Date field and from Expected Revenue goes into Client Reference which is no use.

Ditto you should be able to tab down the date fields and from client ref>site ref>client VO number etc.
