The new customer portal is great, however you need to be able to filter our all closed cases and only be left with all Open cases. There are multiple different status' for Open cases and you can only filter on 1 or All.
Having all closed cases in the list makes managing cases difficult (added to the fact that status isn't available in the list view, you have to open the case to see the status - this has been raised this as a case.)
