Viewpoint Support Portal - ability to keyword search
We used to be able to do a keyword search over previous cases which is often helpful, particularly if you come up against something similar but can't remember the outcome.

Unfortunately we don't have direct control over the features in the customer portal as it is powered by Salesforce but I will raise with Charlie to see if there is any configuration that can be activated and he can put the question to our customer portal team.
