Sometimes the person registering the creditor invoices doesn't know what job or location the invoice should belong to and may put into the wrong one. If the project manager coding the invoices finds one registered to his job he doesn't know about it usually just sits there until we come to roll over the periods which is not ideal because some creditors (especially labour contractors) have 15 day terms. It would be good if they could somehow change the job or location it is registered to so they can direct it to the correct person to code.

This is already possible. The user who finds the incorrectly allocated Invoice in their inbox can delete it from the inbox with a reason code eg "Wrong Job" or similar. Another user in accounts who is responsible for registrations can go to the "Deleted Pending Invoices for Retrieval" program and change the allocation and then retrieve to the correct inbox.
