    Hey Andrew,

Love your response. I'm just all about easy, streamline approaches which have less room for mistakes. Looking forward to it.

    Thanks!

    Hi Jess,
Unfortunately this one hasn't come to the surface yet. Recent years have
been heavily weighted towards legislative development for STP and PTA as
well as PEPPOL eInvoicing. That said once we get through Bank Feeds and
PTA I am planning a bit of a focus on the AR side which we havent uplifted
for quite a few years now and it needs some love. I will keep this one in
mind as we plan towards that. As bank feeds evolves also we want to
automate some Cash Receipting if possible.
    Cheers
    Andrew

Hi Andrew, just following up the suggestion. Its been a couple of years since it was mentioned. Has there been any advancement?

When recepting in each work id, I have to go through the whole list of debtors (this is where archiving/or inactive debtors would also be handy) or even have a whole other screen open to see all the details but it would be so handy if only the outstanding invoice was available for receipt.

    Thanks, Jes.

thanks Natalie. We don't have any plans for Receipting side streamlining
right now... but it is always on the radar and your comments when we come
    to it will be helpful.
    Thanks

    Andrew

I'd love to see this process become a lot more streamlined.

When adding a deposit, it would be great if you can enter the date, the amount, and then have a list of all the current outstanding debtor invoices come up, so you can select which 1(or more) you want to allocate it too, rather then clicking through so many screens, and needing to know the exact debtor it is for.

Often our debtor names is totally different then the job name. The description that comes through on the statement is generally the invoice number, so being able to select by invoice number rather than the debtor would make it a whole lot easier.

I'm not sure how many people still use the "Cheque Fields" section, but I find this is just and extra unnecessary step for my process to click through.

Hi Jesika, There is the "General Credits" menu option... Does this give you
what you need? Would you mind elaborating on your design?
    thanks
