Error with subcontract maintenance when approved without the Approved Contract Sum value captured

Some instances of subcontracts sent for approval without the approved subcontract sum being filled in. This does not allow you to fill in after approved and it also does not allow you to exit the subcontractor maintenance screen due to the error.

    Hi Jared,
    I have put this in the plan as we should be able to resolve this problem
    once and for all.
    For specific bugs don't forget to log a case also so that the support team
    can help you fix that specific data issue and keep you moving.
