    Hi Anastassiya,
    Thanks for your suggestion. Jobpac does have an OCR interface. Many of our
    customers use it. The OCR software itself is not part of the Jobpac Product
    but we can interface with most of the top products. Using this method
    customers scan invoices and push the metadata and scanned image to Jobpac
    automatically. From there they are automatically registered and can be
    automatically matched to PO's within tolerance and posted automatically too
    if everything matches. Its can be a huge time saver.
    As far as automatically scanning PO's and Delivery Dockets, we prefer to
    see PO's start electronically and these can be captured in the field on
    Mobile devices through our Field View solution and automatically brought
    into Jobpac.
    For Delivery dockets we are working on an electronic interface from Field
    View right now.
