Time Sheet Entry to Show Gross Pay as a Lump Sum

We use the timesheet entry to reflect hours worked over various jobs so we sometimes have 10 line entries for one employee, would be great if we can see a Gross Pay lump sum at this level, rather than having to calculate each line entry and or print a preprocessing report to ensure we balance to our calculations for that employees timesheet

    Hi Rita,
    We currently have nothing in the roadmap for this suggestion but that
    doesn't mean its not a good one and it may happen in the future, I like it.
    Our challenge with roadmap is selecting, prioritising, and ordering the
    most broadly valuable and important items to work on for our customers with
    the resources available. I wish we could do them all!
    The value in your suggestion is noted and will feed into our roadmap
    thinking, and if it does progress you will be notified.

    Hi Andrew just wondering if this will ever happen. It would help with our multiplule line entry for hours across our jobs which can be sometimes 7-15 lines for an employee breakingdown the jobs and checking against our worksheets for Total Gross pays etc rather than viewing the preprocessing report each time for each employee each time we are not balancing etc.

    Hi Rita,
    Thanks for the suggestion. I like it. Kind of like an onscreen dynamic
    build of the pay for that employee. And I will consider as we build our
    Roadmap plans.
    In the mean time, Im not sure if you knew already, there are a couple of
    options in the Actions list that might go someway to helping.
    Click on Actions and select the allowances to see what auto allowances will
    happen and control.
    Click on Actions and run an individual preprocessing for that employee to
    see what its looking like.
    In summary, I like your idea and hope the interim tips help in some way.
