At the moment, to access an 'Exclude from BFM' type job in BFM, you are required to select another job, and then change to the required one using the job scan option.
If a user only has permissions to 'Exclude from BFM' type jobs, there is no way to access them.

Ha ha. I've subsequently discovered you need to put the 'X' in the Project Type as well as setting the status to 'All'. A bit clunky and unintuitive.
