Consolidated reports broken down by WKID's.
In define levels you can create groups of WKID’s, which will allow you to run consolidated P&L’s, Balance sheets and trial balances.
EG. Assuming we have 4 WKID’s – which 3 of them have income of $10 and one has nil, the consolidated P&L report will show $30 (3 WKID’s * $30), therefore I would like a report that has the detail behind the value, not just the total.
It would look like this:

As indicated above the current report only has the total consolidated balance therefore in order to obtain the detail of what comprises of that balance, we currently have to run all the individual trial balances and add them up manually. This is as an extremely manual process and very time consuming.

BI is the way to go. Complete flexibility and customizable formatting.
In fact you may find in consultation with our BI team that a report of this
nature might already exist.
We are not planning any roadmap changes in this area in the near term but I
will watch votes on this suggestion.
You may find that BI can offer you a whole range of other advantages also
for your business.

Thanks Andrew,
I have been advised that this is not possible for our organisation given our “masking” whereby we use the same GL code structure for all our WKID’s. Therefore, we currently can't use the GL report level summary to group by the work id.

As advised previously, we would greatly appreciate a consolidated (Trial balance / Balance sheet / Profit and Loss) report (in excel) which will show the consolidated balance accompanied (horizontally) by the breakdown per WKID.

Hi George,
It is possible to set up a detailed level Consolidation. In fact you can
summarise to multiple levels depending on the consolidations you set up and
your account structure. I recommend you log a request for service in the
customer portal, and one of our consultants can help you set this up in no
time.
