EST BY JOB ENTRY SCREEN - Shows Time Entered By Logged in User Only

In the top right hand corner of the screen is a field USER. It defaults to the user logged into the system and so only shows time entered by that user.

Ideally it would default to ALL employees (ie asterisk) as the logged in user is ultimately responsible for reviewing and posting all time entered.
