More descriptive PDF form filenames and email subjects

It would be useful if PDF form filenames and email subjects were more descriptive. For example:

Payslips are currently emailed with the subject 'FORMPY001 - Pay Packet' and the attachment named 'FORMPY001_employeenumber_employeefullname.pdf'.

Purchase orders are emailed with the subject 'FORMPO001 - Purchase Order' and the attachment named 'Purchase Order.pdf'.

It would be helpful if more descriptive information was included in the subject and PDF form filenames, e.g. the pay period for payslips, and the Work ID, Supplier and PO number for POs.

    This has been raised by the Project Team - Would be great if the PDf file could be saved with Supplier and PO#.
