Show Invoice Note highlighting (as per AP Enq) in Payment Selection
Invoices in AP Enquiry are highlighted when an Invoice Note has been attached to the invoice - it would be useful to have the same highlighting apply in Payment Selection so that AP is aware of any Notes attached. Note also that the user can attach an Invoice Note from within Payment Selection so it makes sense for the highlighting to appear.
