Auto uncode Rejected Invoices before invoices are returned to Prepare Invoices for Approval

Presently if an invoice approval is rejected it reverts back to Prepare Invoices for Approval as a coded invoice. The invoice sits in here as a coded invoice. It is not until someone "Uncodes" that invoice that the text turns orange and we know that it contains rejected text. The rejected invoice can be accidently posted as it has been coded or sent for approval again even though it has already been rejected.

    Further to this, it would be good if the rejection email gave more information on the invoices, job or location so that you can track them down.

    Maybe change the status to R too.
