Have different terms for different entities and have had users select incorrect terms from the list.

This should be possible but only if you are not using centralised creditors
and debtors.
If you have creditors and debtors set up in individual entities we should,
if I have understood the requirement correctly, be able to have different
available terms in each workID. However this does increase administration
overhead. worth investigating further however if the need is great.
