Progress Claims - certified claim entry same as original works claim entry

Makes certifying complex claim structures difficult. You would expect both programs to be the same..

    Hi Andrew,

    I would like to add to this - Retention Override only works for the current claim entry - it does not work for Certified Claim Entry and you have to manually adjust within Progress Claims/Invoices. This causes issues where the client has requested for the claim to be resubmitted (customer would have to PDF edit the retention value), along with, when re-printing a historical claim - you don't have an accurate picture of what that claim value actually was.
