It will be very convenient if we can send AR invoices to customers, AP payment remittances to vendors and etc directly through Jobpac Connect.

Im happy to say that this is possible already :) by configuration.
AR Invoices can be emailed directly to clients
Remittances can be set up to go directly to suppliers.
PO's can be set up to go straight to suppliers.
SC claims however currently still go back to the user who produced it for
forwarding so that you can keep email history.
Get in touch with your consultant or log a request for service to get this
set up.
