Stop changing my password
I have to use the 'old' password to create a new one, so I may as well keep the old one and save having to remember what it was changed to a few months ago.

I appreciate the pain, we all have to do it! Unfortunately under modern
security standards we have to force the password change on a regular basis
and the restrictions are mandatory under SOC2 Type 2 Compliance. The ATO
also won't let any software connect to them for STP submission unless the
standards are in place. It is so important to keep your passwords complex
and safe in the modern era. To give you an interesting stat, we regularly
get 20,000 plus unauthorised attempts to get through our firewalls every
month from all over the world. Viewpoint maintains some of the very best
standards with SOC2 Type 2 compliance for all our cloud solutions
worldwide. Many of our customers are also implementing MFA on top of the
Regular password for all their users. Hope that helps a little.
