Excel report of Payroll Enquiry to include all information of employees that contains in Employee Maintenance

At the moment, the Excel report that was exported at Payroll Enquiry doesn't include all the information of each employee that was in Employee Maintenance. Some key information that didn't get included in this Excel report from Payroll Enquiry include (not limit to):

  • EBA type

  • All types of Allowance/ Deduction together with code set up & rate for each type of Allowance/ Deduction

  • Superannuation No. with Industry Super No. and Long Serv Leave No. with Portable LSL Number

    Also the pay rates only are picked up from Pay Rates Box in Employee Maintenance, we have workers that over ride this rate in the "RATE" box. Can the Rate box over ride the Pay Rate box when this happens otherwise doesn't show correct pay rate.

    Hi Wendy,
    There is no update on this suggestion but it will be considered as we
    prepare roadmaps for product development. Should you need this information
    in the format you specify sooner there are options such as Jobpac BI that
    can help you extract the data you need.
