There may have been a small misunderstanding with this original suggestion.
We have mad the change to ensure the RCTI email defaults to Agreements set
up for the Creditor but SOPA forms still always email back to the user for
forward on. This is because currently there is no user based audit of the
form send from Jobpac and with SOPA, most customers want that record of the
date of distribution. So, Up until now we have emailed back to the user,
who can then forward on with additional information and record the
distribution.
The activativation of direct distribution to the Subcontractor is in the
Roadmap however and we will let all our customers know when ready.

My understanding that Subcontractor RCTI email default now to from Creditor Maintenance however the CA's informed me that it will not email to the Subcontractor but defaults to their mail. I tested this and that is what occurs. Please advise why? Do I have to submit a case,

Let me see If I can get it in roadmap for 2021.
