Add 'Dark Mode' option for web portal

For staff using the portal over extended periods, the brightness of the screen can strain the eyes. A dark mode setting will alleviate this.

    To do this type- in the url bar in chrome- "Chrome://flags" . Once the menu opens up, search for 'Dark Mode' and then select the option to enable dark mode.


    Web you log back into jobpac WUI it will be in Dark mode
