Option to define the employee Payrates Work Id during intercompany timesheet entries.

Use Payrates tables to apply the employee rates
Current process:
When the employees from Work Ids B & C enter timesheets to projects in Work Id A, the employee payrates are selected from WKID A.
As the EBAs are different in Work Ids B & C, employees are not paid the correct rate.
We require a parameter to specify where the payrates should be selected:
Option 1: From the Projects Work Id
Option 2: From Employee Work Id
