If someone makes a mistake when entering times and submits it ; they should be able to fix atleast once after to rectify.

our 200 employees seem to make mistakes at times because they are only human. It would be great for them to be able to rectify themselves even if it’s just once

    Thanks Laura. Ok got it. We would be happy to work with your App provider
    to facilitate this type of API if feasible. My recomendation would be to
    get them in touch with us directly by email and we can discuss the
    specifics of what you are trying to achieve and how and then advise on the
    best path forward, costs, schedule etc. You can email me directly to get

    Sorry for the confusion, what we are really after is an API that we can connect to that will allow us to edit submitted timesheets.

    Viewpoint/Jobpac doesn't currently have a Mobile App for timesheet entry?
    Are you referring to Edge Global's Mobile App product for Jobpac? If so
    then I can help you get in touch with Edge Global for assistance. If you
    are using Jobpac Connect Web version for timesheet entry then we can assist
    you through our professional services team and I can help you progress
    that. Let me know.

    I have tested the app and you cant edit.
    When the employees enter times they submit to jobpac and then after that fact they cannot edit.
    So there is no where to edit

    Thanks for your suggestion. This is possible up until the time of sending for approval.

    Using Employee Based E-Timesheets, users can enter and edit their whole week of time up until such time as it is sent for approval. Perhaps you could elaborate more if I have missed the point on this one. Where are you expecting employees to be able to edit their time?
