Job numbers are limited to 6 characters and Subcontract numbers are limited to 8 characters,.
This can be limiting when trying to distinguish between jobs within a work Id.
Would love to see these extended to allow more flexibility when numbering jobs and subcontracts.

Hi Chanel,
Although extensions for these fields are not on the Roadmap due to the size of the change and pervasiveness through product and reports, there is potential to store extended numbers against these fields such as External Agreement Codes, and Job numbers that could be stored against your internal codes and referenced in scans and external forms for example. Lets continue to discuss possibilities in this area as interest grows.
