Creating new users and assigning security access can be incredibly time consuming when having to assign Work ID and job access one by one for each user individually.
We have 300+ users, many of whom need access to more than 20 Work ID's, but we don't generally want users to see all Work ID's, so they all need to be keyed in manually.
Being able to upload multiple users access to multiple Work ID's would save a huge amount of time.
If you could then tie that into the Advanced Approval purchasing limits upload - well that would be genius.

Definitely agree there should be a better way to copy user security. There are so many aspects to it: WKIDs, Menus, GLs, Jobs, Cost Centres, Invoice Approvals, Locations etc
To be honest, I think the whole menu security could be improved. It's never quite as simple as a linear hierarchy of increased user permissions. In reality different roles may have advanced security access in some functions (AP, AR, Payroll, GL etc) but not others. I know you can create a new menu for each "role" but that is super time-consuming and much more difficult to maintain.
